The Bottega di Mondomini is the Territorial Interpretation Center of theAso Valley Ecomuseum, dedicated to oleotourism and oil culture. Opened in 2024 in Campofilone, it tells the millennia-old story of olive growing in the Marche region and the deep connection between landscape, community and agricultural traditions. The farm produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil from more than 8,000 olive trees, with a focus on biodiversity and sustainability. The center houses exhibitions, multimedia tours and educational activities that promote local knowledge. Visitors can enjoy immersive experiences with guided tastings at the center and thematic itineraries in the area.
