Located in the heart of Campofilone’s historic center, directly opposite the Church of San Bartolomeo, this site represents an essential stop for understanding the village’s gastronomic identity. Here was born the first artisanal workshop dedicated to the production of the renowned Campofilone Maccheroncini, a symbol of a centuries-old tradition that has made the town famous throughout Italy.
The building still preserves the commemorative plaque and the original sign from the period, authentic testimonies that tell the story of a craft passed down from generation to generation.
