The Corale San Bartolomeo of Campofilone is a choir of about 25 non-professional singers, founded at Christmas in 2001 thanks to the initiative of a few enthusiasts led by Giocondo Tesei, its first director. Since 2004, it has been directed by Maestro Alessandro Buffone. As music chapel of Abbazia di San Bartolomeo, it animates Easter and Christmas celebrations and has performed several concerts in the Fermano area and in various Italian cities. It has organized the National Polyphonic Review for several years and, every summer, presents a popular Outdoor Concert featuring opera, folk and popular songs. Among its most significant experiences are concerts in Assisi, Tortona, Rome, and Padua, as well as participation in national and international festivals. After the forced break due to the pandemic, the Chior has fully resumed its activities since 2022. Its repertoire ranges from sacred and polyphonic music to Renaissance, opera and popular pieces.
