The Association is a nonprofit organization that operates with sports, cultural, recreational and solidarity-related purposes, focusing on the well-being and development of the community. One of its main activities is the promotion of Dragon Boat, a sport open to all women, with a particular focus on cancer patients. In this context, sport becomes a message of hope and strength: it shows that the disease does not have to be experienced as isolation, but can instead become an opportunity for courage, rebirth and new vitality.

Alongside its sports activities, the Association is committed to promoting awareness and prevention of oncological diseases—particularly those affecting women, such as breast cancer—by organizing public events, awareness campaigns, and dedicated initiatives. Another important role of the Association is to encourage institutions and public opinion to pay more attention to the physical and social issues related to these diseases. In collaboration with local health facilities, the Association also promotes campaigns and free screening days to provide real support to people and help foster a culture of prevention.
